Electronic Media Section – Foreign Media Authority | The Court of Appeal of Benghazi, headed by Chancellor Ihsan Abdul Samad, issued on Thursday 25-5-2017 its restricted provision under No. (128) for the year 2017 to suspend the implementation of the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (11) of 2017.
The sentence stated that the penalty may not be imposed except by a decision of the disciplinary council in accordance with the legal mechanisms prescribed by the law in accordance with the legislation in force, because of the violation of their literary positions without a crime committed by them.
It was stated in the operative sentence that this right was keen on constitutions and basic laws to celebrate and sanctify it, since the dismissal of the most severe form of punishment.
The executive version of the ruling (on behalf of the people) confirmed that ministers and heads of departments must implement this provision and act accordingly.
