The municipality of Benghazi started implementing the demolition and removal of the completely destroyed buildings under the supervision of the technical affairs office in the housing and utilities sector.
According to the Information Office of the municipality, the decision to remove these buildings was based on the inventory carried out by the Committee for the inventory and evaluation of damage to buildings.
